Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ghost Lounge facility, website, and booking system operated by Ghost Lounge LLC in Elko, Nevada. By booking a session or entering the facility, you agree to these Terms in full on behalf of yourself and every member of your group.

1. Bookings & Payment

Sessions are booked online and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, processed by Stripe. The rate is $80 per bay per hour plus a $3 technology and processing fee — $83 per bay per hour total. Up to six (6) people may share a single bay. Payment may be split among group members using the split-pay feature; the booking is confirmed and door access issued once every share is collected.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than two (2) hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within two (2) hours of the start time are non-refundable, but include one free reschedule. Ghost Lounge reserves the right to cancel any booking and issue a full refund at our discretion, including for maintenance or safety reasons.

3. Liability Waiver

Every participant must sign our digital liability waiver before entry. The waiver includes assumption of risk, release of liability, and consent to security camera recording. Door access is not issued until all participants have signed. Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian co-signature.

5. Equipment & Damage

Trackman simulator hardware is professional equipment with a replacement value in excess of $28,000 per unit. Intentional damage, or damage resulting from gross negligence or rule violations, will be assessed and charged to the payment method on file. Normal wear and tear is never charged. Ghost Lounge may review security footage to assess any damage claim.

6. Door Access & Codes

Your door code is valid only for your booked time slot plus a short grace period at the start and end of the session. Codes must not be shared outside your booked group. Entry outside your booked window, or sharing a code to admit unbooked persons, may result in charges for the additional time, permanent loss of booking privileges, and referral to law enforcement in the case of unauthorized entry.

7. No Staff On Site; Cameras

Ghost Lounge is an automated, unstaffed facility. The premises are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance, and the owner is reachable by replying to the text message that delivered your door code. In an emergency, always call 911 first. Camera use is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. SMS Communications

Booking a session requires a working mobile number, and you consent to receive transactional text messages (confirmations, door codes, service messages) needed to deliver your session. Promotional texts are sent only with your separate opt-in and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP. Full terms are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Assumption of Risk

Golf simulation involves swinging clubs and striking balls at speed in an enclosed space. You and your group participate at your own risk and agree to keep a safe distance from any player mid-swing, supervise minors at all times, and use the equipment responsibly.

Your use of Ghost Lounge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the facility will be resolved in the state courts located in Elko County, Nevada. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ghost Lounge may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
