Ghost Lounge LLC ("Ghost Lounge," "we," "us," or "our") operates an automated indoor golf simulator facility in Elko, Nevada, and the website ghostloungeelko.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, booking system, or facility, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Contact and account information — your name, phone number, and email address, collected when you book a session, join the founders list, or contact us.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card numbers, CVV codes, or bank details.
- Booking history — sessions booked, dates, bay assignments, group size, and split-pay status, kept to operate the facility and support you.
- Waiver records — digital signatures on our liability waiver, including guardian co-signatures for participants under 18.
- Camera footage — our facility is under 24/7 video surveillance for safety and security. Recording occurs on the premises during your session.
How We Use Your Information
- To process bookings and payments and deliver your door access code
- To send your digital liability waiver and confirm signatures
- To provide support during and after your session
- To investigate facility incidents, safety issues, or equipment damage claims
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
- With your separate opt-in consent, to send promotional messages about offers and events
SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive booking confirmations, door access codes, and service messages about your session from Ghost Lounge LLC. These transactional messages are required to use our automated facility.
Promotional texts are separate and optional. You will only receive marketing messages if you separately opt in, and your consent to marketing is never a condition of booking.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop transactional messages needed to deliver a session you have booked.
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third party except our SMS delivery provider, solely to send the messages described above.
Security Camera Data
Because Ghost Lounge operates without on-site staff, video surveillance runs 24/7 for the safety of guests and the facility. Footage is retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) and reviewed only in the event of an incident, damage claim, occupancy violation, or as required by law. We do not share camera footage with third parties except as required by law or to investigate an incident.
Payment Data
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Ghost Lounge does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the facility — payment processing, SMS delivery, digital waivers, and booking records — and each is permitted to use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ghost Lounge, our guests, or others.
Data Retention
We keep booking records and waiver signatures for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations. Camera footage is retained on the short cycle described above. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law or an open incident. Nevada residents have additional rights under Nevada's online privacy law (NRS 603A), including the right to direct us not to sell covered information — which we do not do.
Children
Our services are not directed to children. Participants under 18 may only use the facility with a parent or legal guardian's co-signed waiver, and we collect a minor's information only as part of that waiver process.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
